What is Wellness Coaching
Wellness coaching gives you the support to take the information you probably already know about how to look after yourself, and make it actually happen in your everyday life.
We all have the best of intentions and, if your anything like me, you’ve tried a few times to make changes to improve your lifestyle and health but found none of them work over the long term.
How does it work?
In your first coaching session, you’ll decide what really matters to you, what areas of life you want to focus on and we find tools that work for you in real life. We then agree on session frequency and length to suit your timescales. Throughout your coaching period, I’m available for advice, accountability and encouragement over messenger or WhatsApp in between sessions. In your final session, we review your plan, add new goals and ensure you’ve got a sustainable approach to your wellbeing.
Everything I do is based on research, evidence, qualifications and years of experience so you know you’ll find a safe space with professional support.
Wellness coaching isn’t counselling but I have had clients who were receiving support from therapists in tandem with coaching.
I offer a variety of wellness coaching packages online to meet your needs from power hours to 8 sessions fortnightly.
